Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Dua mobile app and this website. By using Dua, you agree to them.

Last updated: September 2026

The service

Dua provides reminders, widgets, an Islamic calendar, and an organized library of duas, in Arabic, English, and French. The core experience is free and supported by advertising; an optional ad-free experience is planned for later. Some features require an account; others are available as a guest.

Eligibility and your account

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us or use the account-deletion page.

Acceptable use

Use Dua respectfully and lawfully. Don’t attempt to disrupt the service, access other users’ accounts or data, reverse-engineer the app beyond what the law allows, or use Dua in any way that misrepresents or misappropriates the religious content it presents.

Content

Duas and related religious text are presented for devotional and informational use, drawn from and attributed to traditional sources where noted; we take reasonable care over accuracy but do not claim to be a religious authority, and we welcome corrections at the contact address below. The Dua app, website, design, and software are owned by the Dua team, and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

Advertising and third-party services

The free tier includes ads served through Google AdMob, and the app relies on Google Firebase for its core services. Your use of Dua is also subject to those providers’ own terms where applicable.

Termination

You may stop using Dua and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for use that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe puts other users, the service, or others at risk.

Disclaimer

Dua is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dua and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or website.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the date above, and continued use of Dua after a change means you accept the updated terms.
